Are you insinuating that we need "passion" in the workplace...Utopia...not there, yet.

Valeria Maltoni

I'm suggesting we need to reveal and live our passion, wherever we may be. Just like people respond and connect to heartfelt messages, they do to heartfelt work. Would you like to share specifics of why we're not there yet?

Mole

Passion in the workplace? How terribly confining -- but very telling.

Why aren't we there yet? Because American culture and society are too uptight. Myself probably included. We have so much to learn...

My definition?

Magic is but an instant; passion endures...
Magic is in your mind; passion is in your soul...
It defies definition... yet when it ignites, it is unmistakable.
