Actually I write, but given that it is Friday and we've had such a delightful week, there is a skip in my step -- and I hope yours. You've read it often here I have a split personality. It showed up again at the Blogger's Choice Awards, two different people nominated me in two different categories: marketing and business. I'm really, really grateful and flattered that you are finding our conversations useful and look forward to serving this readership more in the future.
If you wish to vote for ConversationAgent.com, my marketing and preferred category, you may do so by registering and voting here. We can do better than one vote, yes? And that is in addition to the nomination, which came from Moreminimal. I am going to register now so I can vote for more blogs I enjoy reading and learning from.
Steve Woodruff of Sticky Figure created a PageFlakes site to aggregate some of the blogs he and his community favor. You will find ConversationAgent.com under Social Media in great company. Steve is also launching another initiative on branding so stay tuned for more information on that in the coming weeks. He defines his work around impact; I love his rebranding effort to tease out what sets his work apart.
Jon Howard at Living Brands shares a great list of articles for your brand diet. Among them, I found a real gem in Olivier Blanchard's When Brands Fall Down. It's a nice complement to our ongoing conversations on customer service and The Brand Builder blog is an ongoing collection of thoughts and ideas that should be part of your brand diet.
Of brands, blogs and awards I sing is a take on Ludovico Ariosto's "Of loves and ladies, knights and arms, I sing, / of courtesies and many a daring feat." There had to be in Italian reference in there somewhere. I'm happy to report that Italian is second among the languages spoken by readers of this blog. In the last month, it followed 3,335 English-speaking visitors at 87.

Valeria,
Thank you for such kind words!
Steve

Steve -- I believe in telling people exactly how they help us and the impact they have on our thinking. You are very welcome.
Richie -- how nice for you to visit, and vote. Thank you.

You got my vote. You must have been a journalist in your previous life or something. How long have you been writing?

CB -- thank you for your support. These things are always quite fun. I end up discovering many great blogs and resources.
Mario -- I like the number 9, so thank you for giving me the vote that takes me there. Why do you ask if I've been a journalist? I do a lot of writing in two languages, and my degree was in linguistics. I love words unleashed to inspire action. Maybe I'm an accidental journalist – curious, skeptical, interested.
