I have a second life too, it seems. When I'm done with my workday at a new job, I come home and catch up on my blog reading and writing. Many of the blogs I read these days are in Italian and other languages. I just love to see what ideas take off in other parts of the world. Today I was in the vicinity of Rome when I discovered this image [thank you, Roldano].
Fred Cavazza here has cataloged the array of digital tools at our disposal by type of use. There are some unknown (to me) on the list -- WetFeet and Xing under "profession" and iKarma under "reputation" definitely stand out. The two quadrants I find most interesting are the ones labeled "certificates" for who can certify his identity, and the fact that he labeled who he knows "audience". Conspicuously missing are Facebook and Twitter, both of which have become blog-hold names. Why not coin new words while we're at it?
Paul -- you have a very interesting blog as well. I know I will be back to learn more about your POV and insights.
Roldano -- good sense of humor and a keen observation are always useful. They both come across in your blog.

Thanks for the nice review! We think iKarma.com can do for small business and professionals what Amazon.com has done for books and CD's. Good reputation systems have the power to put consumers back in control of capitalism. That's good for everyone.
