Thank you, Tim. It will be a great opportunity to connect with Minneapolis talent, too. When the Fast Company network was active globally, I did a lot of that -- whenever I traveled I would check in with the local group.

And thanks for the insights and links on work-life. As I mentioned to Greg, we're fortunate to have jobs which bring us joy. Sure, a cost might be the balance of time we share with our loved ones--but then, they might prefer us happy yet addicted to work, versus miserable at home because of our work.
