Hi Valeria:

Nice post - interesting that what my company (MotiveQuest) does is Online Anthropology - we analyze all that data to build a model of how a given category or community works. We take what people say, when they say it, how they say it, emotion expressed, etc. to try to understand the reasons why.

We use heavy software/AI tools to help organize and analyze - humans to interpret and derive insight.

Can it all be automated? Perhaps.
