Great post, Valeria. And while it does FEEL like blogging has become mainstream, there is still a large audience that are unconnected. What is clear, is that the demand for conversation with and by brands/organisations is being initiated by consumers. It is those brands that react, activate and engage that will benefit ... especially in tough times.
