Valeria - I have really enjoyed the content of your blog of late. I'm even all the way caught up in my google reader!

Regardless of whether they are or not, the posts, in general have seemed a bit less demanding while retaining their merit as pieces that genuinely think about the content I'm consuming.

Thanks for sharing these phenomenal bloggers with us on your blog.

While I read Geoff and Jason, and have connected with Connie there are many of these bloggers that I really need to venture out and become acquainted with.

Best wishes.

Valeria,

Thank you so much for giving up the space to write for this great audience. It has been a pleasure to get to know you, and a privilege to write here.

The exchange with your readers alone in the comments was a fantastic experience that ultimately went far longer than the post, and stretched for practically a week.

Thanks again -- for helming such a wealth of learning and insight.

Valeria,

It was truly my pleasure! thank you so much for the invite, to be included in such prestigious company and the kind words. We WILL meet in person soon!

Valeria

Thanks so much for giving me the opportunity to post - and to your audience for giving the "newbies" a chance.

In the blogging world, it's sometimes hard to know who might be listening...so kudos to you for giving us the chance to voice our opinion.

I enjoyed reading the guest posts and learned a lot about how to express things, what works (and what might not work in terms of encouraging feedback), and how to back up opinions with stories.

It's also a credit to you that all the posts had been filled...you're a true leader and writer extraordinaire - keep inspiring us and keep up the great work!

Christine Needles

Valeria, thanks so much for giving me an opportunity to share my story - and with such an active community of conversationalists!

You are a real inspiration, and I've loved getting to know you and working with you. Thanks for helping me kick-start my life in the blogosphere!

All my best,
~Christine

@Ryan - Thank you for the feedback and for the conversations at your blog and Brazen Careerist. You have an easy style and are very generous with resources and information. I've enjoyed reading your work and learning.

@Michael - I noticed that there was great momentum on the topic and the discussion both here and at your blog and Twitter. I look forward to more collaboration in the future and to our talk together.

@Lauren - you have been a consistent contributor and thought leader and I was glad to be able to help highlight your talent. While so much in life is hardly in our control, who we are in the conversation goes a long way to build connections and long term friendships.

@Karen - you are hardly a newbie ;-) I learn from other professionals here and other places all the time. My best learning is when I make lots of room for highlighting the work of others, and this series of posts was the best gift I could share.

@Christine - I've enjoyed working with you and I am sure there will be more projects for us in the future. Thank you especially for taking the time to participate as you were ramping up in your new job.

Becky Carroll

Valeria, I was and still am very honored to be in the company of so many impressive bloggers. Thank you again for the opportunity to add my voice and perspective to the mix. I am sure we will be speaking at the same conference, if not on the same panel, at some time in the near future!

Thank you for your kindness and your storytelling.

Annie Heckenberger

That's right! And you can meet more likeminded, smart, potential guest bloggers at our next SMC Philly meeting, on Oct 28th @ Fado in Center City;)

Kat French

Valeria, it was a huge thrill to offer you a guest post, as it is to read your work. Thanks again for the opportunity, and for consistently providing a venue for smart, thoughtful conversation here.

Valeria Maltoni

@Becky - it was a lucky break to get you all to agree to do this. As I was preparing this post, I was basking in the glow of your collective knowledge and spirit.

@Annie - you are the ultimate community diva, thank you for the reminder.

@Kat - thank you for your kind words and for reading. I know I can be a post-full week in, week out ;-)

Adele McAlear

I'm late to the party, but wanted to chime in with my thanks as well. I loved being part of your guest post community. But more than that, I really enjoyed the opportunity to meet you and to share that lovely walk and conversation. Despite how much I've integrated social media into my life, it's still the face-to-face experiences that stem from online connections that are the most memorable to me. I look forward to our next conversation, and thank you again for the opportunity to post on Conversation Agent.
