Even after a long day, just short of midnight and the last trip out with the dogs there was enough golddust here to hold my attention.

Fabulous post and presentation.

I think the rhetoric we use on corporate blogs has to be spot on. Your point about listening to the community hit the nail on the head. But that's only part of it. Listening helps us know which voice to use as we put words together.

Although video is gaining ground on the Net I think words, first class blog-copy, is paramount to driving corporate blogging to the next level.

When companies start recognizing that blogging is a great medium in the hands of a great writer we'll really start to get somewhere.
