Definitely. It is about quality conversations. Engaging recipients is powerful but because the they are most likely swamped with information, it pays to know the right conversations the audiences want to engage in.

Now the challenge boils down into creating something worth spreading and discussing, and know which channels to use to effectively reach the audience.
