Trying to keep up with even half of these is enough to scare someone out of their (t)wits!

I discovered splitweet last week. I like it for the way it handles multiple accounts and for its ease of replying/retweeting.

@Daniel - the idea is not to merely keep up, but to get ahead of all of it by being on the people side of the equation :) Good one!

@Lisa - for handling multiple accounts I've tested both coTweet and HootSuite. I like the functionality of the latter better.
