Frank is right on!

The customer should be your only focus. You make that person happy and they will do all the marketing you would ever need.

As a PR consultant, I Love the talk of the integration of marketing, pr, and customer service!

Awesome, awesome interview, Valeria. It points to just how hard Frank has worked to make customer service a true focus, not just a tagline. Really appreciate the perspective.

Cheers,
Amber

And on occasion to get service :) People like to deal with other people. If there is an issue, it can be solved together. It's good to see companies getting back to basics with customers.
