Right off the bat, he said he would demonstrate two thing to me:

1. that he cared
2. that I could trust him

And that was the extent of our implicit contract.

This is the essence "personal and professional best," distilled. Very inspiring. Thank you.

Did you read "Free Agent Nation"? That book was brilliant and it's what got Dan on my radar and in my head. It also helps that he's a super nice and decent person with sharp intelligence, a great sense of humor and a curious mind. He's a friend ;)
