Referrals is an area that I am still puzzled by after 16 years in business. My tribe only takes that route when I ask, but naturally it does not happen. Why? People are so self absorbed and racing they do not take timeout naturally to look out for their buddies and companies that could use help, do not make it known in a public forum which would open the conversation for referrals. Interesting.

Valeria: I'm reading it now and thoroughly enjoying it! I think it's a great read for anyone who runs a business and is in fact riddled with tips for practicing good habits.

Thanks for sharing this. I had been a bit undecided on this one but you convinced me. I enjoy John's podcasts a lot and am glad to hear there's something different here.
