You've Already Made up Your Mind

Do you know what the most critical piece of information or content is?

The stuff you get *after* a sale.

The pat on the back after you've done something.

The *amen* in spirit and characters, and body language you get when speaking up publicly.

You do most of what you do and say -- especially in social media -- with the aim to get a very specific kind of feedback.

You want to know what you just did was okay. In fact, okay in not enough. Often you want a resounding *atta boy/atta girl* from the rest of the people.

You're not out there looking to research, or confront ideas through conversation. You're there to tell.

You've already made up your mind.

Guess what? So have your customers.
