Thank you for eliciting and channeling the wisdom of Kathy Sierra. In doing so, I believe you are modeling the kind of behavior she is prescribing - helping readers (or at least this reader) kick ass - and exemplifying what I would consider to be the qualities of a true Conversation Agent. I was not at SXSW, and don't know how your SXSW presentation went, but imagine that if you successfully applied the insights contained in this post (and Part 2), then you helped your audience kick ass.

if you ever have the chance to attend a conference when she is speaking, I highly recommend it ;)

I am so glad I was able to publish this conversation. Like you, I oftenrefer back to Kathy's work in my thinking.
