I *totally* believe in this, Valeria. I've seen it happen countless times on a much smaller scale. It's something I'm working on scaling up from my little corner of the planet.

We throw around the term "herd mentality" as if it's a bad thing, but I think (HT: Earls) that's only in situations where passion is not balanced with direction. Where a group is in general alignment with outcome, there is progress.

The things we have in common enable us to realize the full potential of our differences. I think this is the power Malone is looking to nurture.

Shot in the arm this morning. :)
