common sense still seems to be not that common.

Social media has totally stripped down businesses and services on their poor service and delivery, and I'm sure they are pretty scared of experiencing pure negativity on so many social networks. Then again, if they actually just did what they promised, and served their customers with all they have, it wouldn't be a problem at all, in fact, they might even gain more customers in their stead.
