Thanks for that. Seems a little too easy sometimes to concoct a quick fix loyalty deal and then expect it to work. I suppose you really have to know your product/service before you venture into loyalty.

It's made me think about supermarkets, and why if we don't use our loyalty cards it isn't the end of the world. We all need to eat anyway?
