Jobs is an amazing leader. His humble and calm style makes him so persuasive without being pushy (even though he might have a different internal reputation). The building seems out of this world, and is another example of how Apple just moves forward with velocity without the resistance & indecision that most companies operate with.

Incredibly effective presentation. I love the fact that he has anticipated questions regarding traffic concerns. Interesting that they are planning to provide their own power plant with the grid as a back-up -- No questions regarding this?
