I watch my 9 year old daughter navigate my iPhone like it's an extension of her hand - no barriers, stumbles, or even amazement. She simply expects it to do what it does. She doesn't get hung up on the tools like we do (certainly she hasn't developed analysis paralysis in this area - just in choosing what flavor of Italian Soda to have). And that to me highlights the importance of relevance to the audience and need to be in tuned with their preferences today as well as how they'll change over time.

What's relevant today is not necessarily what will be relevant tomorrow. No resting on one's laurels for long. This is such an important topic - thank you!
