Conversation Agent - Valeria Maltoni - Record. Remember. Revisit.

« Daily Life is Better than Daily Deals | Main | In Search of Certainty »

@Valeria - I love the "remember" section especially. I know that at times it can feel like we fatigue of hearing a few loud voices in comments, on blogs, in conversations, on twitter ... There's just an incredible fatigue and maxed out feeling like, 'I can't write one more tweet.' Maybe I'm failing to really listen and read what's there in front of me, if I am rapid fire knee-jerk tweeting. Maybe twitter teaches us sound bites, but sometimes I need to read a whole chapter.

Valeria wanted to come share the post you inspired.

Dialogue definitely brings out our critical thinking. Thanks for doing that for us.

think how many organizations could benefit from having this approach with customers and partners. Bringing them along, connecting the dots as part of their content strategy.
