Oh I love this breakdown of activity! I would probably fit in 2 categories! Conversationalists & Creators (little less on this one, but still there). I love being a Conversationalist in this medium (I actually am on list to prove!). I love having the conversations and finding out what people do and what they like to do. Then find out what they want to do and start connecting the dots about people and projects.

When these connections happen and magic happens, I love it! Many things can happen if everyone a couple times of month truly connected people with trust and honesty.

Thank you for the time and effort you put into this one! Many actions can be and should be taken from this post.

Now C-Level, SVP, VP, Director level people running companies if you discover these people at your company how can you collaborate with them? Conversationalists & Creators can take your companies to the next level trust me.....

Good stuff. Thanks for the poll. I fit in the Gen Y Creator status. ;)

Valeria,
Long time reader of your blog, first time commenter.
I see that only 9% of the inactives are Gen Y's while all other Gens are in the low to mid 20%s.
I think a quality scale applied to the conversationalists contributions would prove interesting. That is, I'd have to think the Younger Boomers are on average contributing much higher quality content compared to the Gen Y's. Does that make sense or even matter?
